A well-established residential construction company in San Diego is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end home remodels, ADUs, and new builds. Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 / year DOE

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of residential construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Track budgets, control costs, and provide financial updates to ensure projects stay on target
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to keep projects running smoothly

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in residential construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets effectively
• Strong understanding of permitting, inspections, and local building codes in San Diego
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction project management software is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and adapt to unexpected challenges on-site
