A premier brokerage firm is seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson to become the face of the brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for financial markets, a proven track record in business development, and a natural ability to build relationships. You’ll lead outbound sales efforts, attend industry events, and aggressively pursue leads to grow the company’s client base. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands trading fundamentals, and is motivated by results. They are looking for a confident, charismatic hunter who can take initiative, close deals, and represent the company at conferences, meetups, and more.

Salesperson Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and convert leads through cold calling
  • Manage the full sales cycle for new trading accounts, including follow-ups and referral outreach
  • Attend U.S.-based industry events annually as the face of the brand
  • Own business development initiatives: identify new opportunities, pitch offerings, and develop outreach strategies
  • Maintain and grow relationships with trading groups, affiliate partners, and prospective clients
  • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to inform strategic sales decisions
  • Collaborate with brokers for account onboarding and hand-off post-sale
  • Track performance, account activity, and lead management via CRM

Salesperson Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of sales experience, ideally 10+ years
  • Proven success in outbound sales and cold calling
  • Strong understanding of the stock market and day trading environment
  • Excellent communication skills with natural charisma and professional presence
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be comfortable with travel
  • Experience in retail trading is a plus
  • Familiarity with Series 7 or SIE
  • Bachelor’s in finance or business is preferred
