A leading law firm is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys for their Walnut Creek office. They are hiring attorneys with backgrounds in EPLI, professional liability, products liability, general liability, and habitability litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases independently while working as part of a collaborative legal team.

They are looking for strategic thinkers and strong litigators who are adaptable and detail-oriented.

Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 / year DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload within EPLI, professional liability, products liability, general liability, or habitability litigation
• Take and defend expert depositions
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with partners and staff to develop case strategies

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience in at least one of the following: EPLI, Professional liability, Products liability, General liability, Habitability/Landlord-Tenant disputes
• Ability to handle cases from start to finish
• Strong deposition and courtroom experience
• California Bar License required
