A leading law firm is seeking an experienced EPLI Litigation Attorney for their San Diego office. This role involves handling employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. The ideal candidate will manage cases from start to finish, working closely with clients and partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 / year DOE

EPLI Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage EPLI litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend expert depositions
• Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Work closely with partners and support staff to develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with client litigation guidelines and expectations

EPLI Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 4-6 years of EPLI litigation experience
• Strong background in employment-related lawsuits, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims
• Experience handling depositions and case strategy from start to finish
• California Bar License required
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
