Job Description
A thriving technology company is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to join its fast-growing team. In this critical support role, you’ll work closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, track invoices, assist with reporting, and help improve sales efficiency. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by streamlining processes, maintaining accurate data, and delivering top-tier customer service. They are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a high-performing, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 / year DOE
Sales Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Assist with customer issue resolution and ensure high satisfaction
- Track invoices and coordinate purchase orders and fulfillment
- Upsell and cross-sell existing accounts to help drive revenue
- Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and support KPI tracking
- Help qualify leads and improve the efficiency of the sales process
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Deliver polished written communication and maintain professional client relationships
Sales Operations Assistant Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Assistant or Sales Support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer service mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in the technology industry is a strong plus
