Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Coordinate with field staff, contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and project flow
• Track expenses, manage change orders, and ensure the accuracy of project documentation and financial reports
• Resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and negotiate with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
• Monitor project performance against budget, providing timely reports on project status and revenue projections

Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing or construction projects
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, managing teams and overseeing project progress
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Texas State Plumbing License is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
