A rapidly growing company is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production floor, oversee operations, and optimize efficiency. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who excels in team management, scheduling, and process improvement. Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee builders and cutters on the production floor to ensure smooth operations
• Manage daily production schedules, inventory, and workflow optimization
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and on-time project completion
• Train and develop laborers, fostering a productive and positive work culture
• Maintain a hands-on approach, ensuring team members have the support needed for success
• Monitor material levels and handle basic purchasing
• Navigate diverse personalities on the shop floor, ensuring collaboration and team cohesion

Production Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in production management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to train and mentor teams
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Strong scheduling and organization skills are required
