Salary Range: $220,000 – $260,000 / year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Handle wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions and PAGA cases
  • Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and argue motions
  • Take and defend depositions

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
  • Prior defense experience preferred, but strong civil litigation experience considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
