A nationally recognized law firm specializing in labor and employment law is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney. With over 600 attorneys across the U.S., the firm is committed to innovation, client service, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. They offer attorneys a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge legal matters while benefiting from the resources of a leading firm.

Salary Range: $200,000 – $260,000 / year DOE

Employment Defense Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Draft and respond to discovery, draft motions, and appear in court
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on trial preparation

Employment Defense Attorney Requirements:

  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Prior defense experience required
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
