Salary Range: $200,000 – $260,000 / year DOE

Employment Defense Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
• Draft and respond to discovery, draft motions, and appear in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Work closely with senior attorneys on trial preparation

Employment Defense Attorney Requirements:

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Prior defense experience required
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
