Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 / year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Work closely with partners on complex employment litigation matters

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of employment litigation experience
  • Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
