HR Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, managing job postings, interviews, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
• Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Guide managers through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and improvement plans to enhance team effectiveness
• Design and implement training programs that support employee development, career growth, and succession planning
• Oversee policy compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals, analyze workforce trends, and improve retention

HR Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and workforce planning
• Experience managing HR software, employee relations, and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with an initial onsite commitment for three months
