Licensed Real Estate Broker Requirements: 

• Active real estate broker license 
• 4+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales and rentals 
• Strong network in Miami’s high-end real estate market or other luxury resort destinations 
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals 
• Self-motivated with excellent sales and negotiation skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of associate agents preferred 
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite preferred 

Licensed Real Estate Broker Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, and investors 
• Source luxury properties for sale in Miami and key resort destinations 
• Provide top-tier advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and investors 
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transactions and guest experiences 
• Generate and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors 
• Advise clients on investment properties for rental income opportunities 
• Hire and manage associate agents to expand business operations 
• Travel as needed to meet clients and close deals (approximately 25% travel)
