A thriving wealth management firm is seeking a Client Associate to support a Financial Advisor managing $220M in assets. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to grow in the financial services industry. Prior experience in finance is a plus, but the firm welcomes entry-level candidates with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Client Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality client service, assisting with account management and operational tasks
• Support retirement plan reviews, investment research, and client education initiatives
• Manage client projects, documents, and CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies
• Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communications

Client Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to obtain required financial licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 66) if not already licensed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Envestnet/ERS a plus
