Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 / year DOE

Real Estate Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead site selection, market analysis, and lease negotiation to support the company’s retail expansion efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring smooth lease renewals and timely negotiations
• Analyze real estate portfolio performance, providing insights to optimize costs and drive profitability across locations
• Oversee the subleasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective exits from underperforming properties
• Collaborate with the executive team to provide market insights and strategic recommendations for site growth
• Track and manage lease terms, renewals, and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to stay current on market trends and opportunities

Real Estate Manager Requirements:

• Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on retail
• Strong lease negotiation and CAM reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with property lifecycle management and lease tracking
• Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting to executives
• Knowledge of California real estate laws and regulations preferred
• Background with national retailers or brokerage firms is a plus
