A renowned structural engineering firm in New York City is on the lookout for a driven Project Associate to join their innovative team. This pivotal role offers the chance to support a team of established Project Managers with a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring they meet stringent local regulations and are executed flawlessly. Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 / year DOE

Project Associate Requirements:

• 0-4+ years of experience in facade restoration/Architecture industry
• 1 year or more of exterior facade experience
• Proficiency AutoCAD and creating construction documents
• Basic understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of proper conduct at project sites
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hard-working and self-motivated and possesses a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requires 75% field work within the five boroughs and 25% onsite work at their Manhattan office

Project Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Project Managers on all architectural projects
• Participate in field visits and survey production
• Prepare photograph documentation, preparation and production of base architectural drawings, reports and bid forms
• Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors and mentors to understand and complete assigned project goals
