Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly explain treatment plans and case connections to clients, ensuring understanding of health options and recovery outcomes
• Review and analyze medical records, educating clients about pain levels, imaging results, and treatment options for their recovery
• Build strong, trusting client relationships to foster understanding, reduce fear, and support optimal health outcomes

Nurse Case Manager Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
