A reputable financial services firm is searching for a dedicated Financial Advisor to join their team in New Brighton, MN. They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the financial planning industry who can independently develop and present advice on investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning topics. Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 / year DOE

Financial Advisor Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• CFP designation or willingness to obtain promptly
• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• 5+ years of experience in the financial planning industry
• 2+ years of experience as a financial planner, independently developing and presenting advice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with Calendly, ShareFile, and DocuSign preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for helping clients and coworkers

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client relationships, providing comprehensive financial planning advice
• Develop and present investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning strategies
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly
• Conduct regular client reviews and update financial plans in Money Guide Pro and Right Capital
• Maintain continuous client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances and needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of client service
• Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances
• Learn and adhere to company-specific processes and procedures
