Job Description
Boutique Recruiting has teamed up with a leading legal services firm to find a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join their team! Our client is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 3-10 years of experience in Workers Comp Defense who is ambitious, driven, and eager to advance their careers. You will be working for a firm that truly values their employees as people, fosters a collaborative team atmosphere and provides an amazing benefits package that includes exceptional perks such as a gas card, cell phone and car reimbursement!
Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000+ DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload according to personal preference (ranging from 60-80+cases)
- Work independently and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
- Handle cases from A to Z while establishing direct relationships with clients
- Adhere to monthly billable hour requirements (230/month) with quarterly bonuses for meeting and exceeding goal
- Utilize ProLaw legal management software
Requirements:
- 3-10+ years of experience in Workers Comp Defense
- Barred in CA
- Must be hungry and looking for growth
