Job Description
A well-established wealth management firm in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable focusing on trading and portfolio management while supporting senior partners, without the pressure of immediate client-facing responsibilities. Wealth Management Associate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, preferably within an RIA, wirehouse, or broker-dealer setting
- Bachelor s degree required
- Experience with trading and a strong understanding of portfolio management principles
- Comfortable working in a trading-focused role with potential for future growth
- High level of ambition and curiosity, with a commitment to quality work
- Experience with Tamarac, Schwab, and Salesforce is a plus, but not required
Wealth Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle daily trading activities to support the investment team
- Assist in portfolio management and ensure trades are executed accurately
- Manage trading workload to free up senior partners for research and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Senior Portfolio Manager to maintain portfolio integrity
- Provide high-quality support to the firm s partners, with potential for future client-facing responsibilities
