A fast-growing boutique financial services firm in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an Associate Advisor to join their team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional financial planning services to high-net-worth clients, collaborating with advisors, and managing client documentation and account administration. The Associate Advisor will support the firm's mission of guiding clients through complex life transitions by providing tailored, thoughtful solutions. This is an on-site position, ideal for someone with a passion for financial planning and a strong desire to grow within the industry.
Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 / year DOE
Associate Advisor Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Advisors to serve high-net-worth client families
- Participate in client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
- Work with clients' external advisors to facilitate planning projects
- Prepare financial modeling inputs and conduct tax, estate, insurance, and portfolio analysis
- Manage client onboarding, data organization, and CRM maintenance
- Execute daily client account administration, including money movements
- Serve as the primary liaison with custodians
- Draft and finalize executive summaries and other client-facing materials
- Tackle ad hoc projects and support firm operations as needed
Associate Advisor Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or substantial financial services experience
- Series 65 license (or equivalent) or ability to obtain upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of direct associate advisor experience
- CFP designation or expected to obtain it within a few months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and emotional intelligence
- A go-getter attitude with a commitment to learning and growing in the financial planning field
