Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / year DOE
VP of Marketing Requirements:
- 7-9+ years of marketing experience with a significant focus on digital marketing
- At least 4 years in a leadership role at the VP level, with proven supervisory skills
- In-depth understanding of the franchise business model
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team dynamics and change management
- Proficient in ERP systems (Epicore), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Background in fitness, health and wellness, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
VP of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Lead and mentor a team, managing both direct and indirect reports
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts with outside agencies
- Craft and manage the budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Serve as the primary liaison with external PR firms to fill PR opportunities
- Analyze performance data to inform and adjust strategies as needed
