Treasury Manager
Job Description
An innovative utilities services company in the water industry is on the lookout for an adaptable and energetic Treasury Manager to join their team in Flower Mound, TX! As the Treasury Manager, you will oversee accounts receivable, ensuring the accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. Pay Range: $85, 000 - $105, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts receivable function from invoice creation to collection
- Manage a team of 5, including the billing manager and direct reports
- Collaborate with various departments and external partners
- Optimize the billing process and identify bottlenecks for improvement
- Engage in customer and field team communication
- Monitor accounts receivables and cash flow
- Prepare cash forecasts and work to improve DSO
Requirements:
- 5+ years of billing experience in accounts receivable
- 2+ years of management experience, overseeing 3 or more people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of GL and exposure to banking relationships
- Industry experience in construction or related services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Cash flow and cash forecasting expertise is preferred
