Job Description
A Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with lots of closing experience to join their team in St. Cocoa, FL. The ideal candidate will work closely with their partner to support clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. This position has a growth opportunity to take over a partner's practice area when he/she retires. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner and has excellent communication skills.
Pay Range:$110,000 - $130,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist partner on all cases, including commercial and residential real estate closings
- Draft and review leases and other real estate documents
- Build a book of business
- Maintain client relationships
- Work with support staff assigned to certain partners and attorneys
- No billable hours
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of transactional real estate experience
- Florida Bar License required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly
