Fully Remote with Frequent Travel Candidates must be based in California

A well-established distributor of manufacturing equipment in Glendale, CA is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team! This exciting opportunity is a fully remote position for candidates based out of California, with frequent travel throughout North America required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-tech equipment, managing accounts, and working closely with regional sales agents. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual with at least 5 years of technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex sales processes. You can look forward to high earnings potential, medical stipend, company credit card, phone, laptop, travel expenses paid and much more!

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / year DOE

Technical Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma required, bachelor s degree in a technical field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including local and cross-country trips
  • Knowledge of PCB manufacturing or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
  • Fast learner with a solution-oriented mindset

Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the PCB, chemical milling, and related high-tech industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including generating quotes and negotiating technical and commercial details
  • Coordinate with regional sales agents and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Travel nationwide, including Canada, for client meetings, equipment demonstrations, and installations
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure customers are informed about technical capabilities and installation processes
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and technical solutions tailored to customers' manufacturing processes
