Job Description
A well-established accounting firm in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team! In this client-facing role, you will be helping with tax filings and provided financial planning support in this managerial role. The firm has over 2,000 clients and works with all types of insurance companies and banks.
This is a great opportunity to work in a positive work environment that provides great training and plenty of clients. You are not required to bring your own book of business. The firm is fun-loving, hardworking and truly values their employees. Pay Range: $130,000 - $190,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 6-9 senior tax associates
- Review tax insurance/projections
- Tax preparation/planning for individuals, C-corps, S-Corps, trusts and
partnerships - Coaching staff through projections
- Review for errors
- Managerial duties
- Work on extensions
- Continue professional education
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s of Tax is preferred
- CPA License
- Experience managing and reviewing/coaching clients
- International experience
- Familiarity with billings is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Lacerte and QuickBooks online
