A rapidly growing e-commerce company that specializes in selling laboratory equipment is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join their team in Tucson, AZ. They are seeking motivated individuals and are willing to pay for relocation! As the Technical Sales Engineer, you will lead a team of Product Managers and provide support to ensure effective customer solutions and support. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on the sales side of the lab products industry.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $250,000 DOE
- Lead the Product Manager department, guiding a team of 10 direct reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client issues, providing customer solutions and support
- Deliver sales coaching to team members and assist in closing complex deals
- Ensure effective communication with clients
- Support team growth through leveraging your technical sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of Technical Sales experience in lab products sales
- Management experience with direct reports
- Experience selling lab equipment and supplies
- BA degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-driven and ambitious mindset
- Ability to mentor and drive team performance
