Job Description
A global professional services firm dedicated to creating a safer and more sustainable world is seeking an experienced and motivated Staffing Consultant to join their team. With offices in Boston, Los Angeles, and Toronto, this fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. The firm is looking for driven candidates with at least 12 months of experience in the temporary staffing industry who are eager to contribute to the company s growth and take on future leadership roles. Staffing Consultant Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in temporary staffing, with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Zoom
- High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience in EHS, sustainability, and quality staffing is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving both personal and team success
Staffing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in key sectors
- Conduct market research and discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their staffing needs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their requirements are fully understood
- Proactively secure 1-2 new client accounts per month through dedicated business development activities
- Offer expert insights and guidance on staffing needs tailored to each client s specific requirements
- Oversee the delivery of temporary staffing services, including candidate sourcing, selection, assessment, and onboarding
- Advertise staffing assignments on job boards and social media platforms
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate bill rates, and facilitate smooth contractor onboarding processes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist in promoting services through online and in-person marketing efforts
