Job Description


A leader in the staffing industry for industrial and manufacturing sectors is searching for a Staffing Business Development Manager to join their team! As a Staffing Business Development Manager, your primary role will be to drive new business development and manage client relationships within the highly competitive automotive area, focusing on light industrial staffing solutions. They are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of staff experience and/or 2 years of sales or account management experience in the staffing or service industry. Pay Range: $60, 000 - $70, 000 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and on-site visits, to meet potential clients
  • Network and leverage resources like Elite Growth Partners and Seamless AI for lead generation
  • Achieve a minimum amount of client connects per week through various outreach methods
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, with support from the VP of Sales for larger accounts
  • Conduct risk assessment walks with clients and assist with account management post-sale
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and recruiting coordinators, to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of staffing experience, preferably in light industrial sectors
  • 2-3 years of sales and/or account management experience within the staffing or service industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like TempWorks and tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, extroverted, and customer-centric personality
  • A passion for building relationships and a team-player attitude
