Job Description
A prestigious legal firm in Cocoa, FL is actively searching for a talented Sr. Attorney with a Book of Business to join them in a unique career opportunity! Pay Range: $150,000 - $300,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and effective legal representation
- Leverage your existing book of business while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment
- Attract clients through the firm's website and networking events, contributing to its marketing efforts
- Handle various practice areas, excluding bankruptcy and personal injury (due to firm specialization)
- Preferably bring expertise in Condo & HOA or land use work, or federal practices like Intellectual Property
Requirements:
- Must have a book of business in any practice area (excluding bankruptcy and personal injury)
- Must be barred in Florida
- J.D. from a reputable law school
- Must reside in or near Cocoa, FL
- Familiarity with West Law and Residential software is preferred
- Experience in Condo & HOA or land use work is preferred
- Knowledge of federal practices is a plus
