A computer and network security company in Sterling, VA is actively seeking an expert Software Engineer to join their team! They are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Cloud technologies to provide analytical and technical support services for clients across a multi-cloud environment. The right person for this job has at least 11 years of experience as a software engineer and a TS/SCI with full scope polygraph clearance to work on cutting-edge cybersecurity projects with top-level government clients. Pay Range: $200,000 - $215,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Recommend cloud solutions based on customer needs
- Provide technical support for cloud installations and repairs
- Support a multi-cloud environment
- Develop and implement applications and services
- Build client relationships and ensure project completion
Requirements:
- 11+ years of experience as a software engineer or related experience
- Deep understanding/experience in Cloud technologies
- TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Proficiency in Linux, system automation, and JavaScript
- Experience with ServiceNow applications and Python
- IT system automation and machine learning AI/ML is preferred
- Knowledge of security development operations on iterative development projects, cloud design, implementation, and configuration is preferred
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code is preferred
- Knowledge of Agile development principles
- Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.) is preferred
