A leading nonprofit organization in San Francisco, CA that protects immigrant children is searching for a compassionate and bilingual Social Services Supervisor! This role involves supervising a team of social workers, overseeing project management, and contributing to program development. is an amazing opportunity with an impressive amount of time off and work-life balance. You will provide guidance and support to the team to ensure continuous service delivery while also helping to manage grant proposals and community partnerships.

Qualifications include a master s degree in social work, 3+ years of experience with immigrant populations, licensure, English/Spanish bilingual and familiarity with Bay area resources. Salary Range: $80,000 - $84,000 / year DOE

Social Services Supervisor Requirements:

  • Master s degree in social work or related advanced degree
  • 3+ years of experience with immigrant populations, unaccompanied minors, or at-risk youth
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written, reading, and speaking)
  • Licensure (or ability to obtain within six months), SIFI certification, and supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Familiarity with Bay Area resources
  • Proficient in Teams/Outlook
  • LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC certifications preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred

Social Services Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 1-2 social workers, providing direct oversight and guidance
  • Step in to offer support and assistance with caseloads as needed
  • Manage projects, program development, and events
  • Oversee grant proposals and programming
  • Provide policy insights and develop community partnerships
  • Attend local community events and an annual supervisor retreat
