Site Foreman
Job Description
A leading construction company specializing in site work including demolition, sediment control, grading, paving, and utilities is seeking a skilled Site Foreman to join their team in Baltimore, MD! They are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of construction experience, with 3 years preferred who have a strong understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles to oversee the daily operations of various infrastructure and development construction project sites. Salary Range: $81, 600 - $100, 800 / year DOE
Site Foreman Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in construction site management;3+ years preferred
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction management software preferred
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Reliable and stable with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to remain adaptable and efficient in a dynamic environment
Site Foreman Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of construction sites
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, estimators, and project managers
- Supervise, train, and ensure the safety and productivity of workers and tradespeople
- Operate construction equipment such as transit and pipe lasers
- Maintain accurate project records
- Manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Handle on-site issues and resolve conflicts as they arise
