Job Description

A nationally established full-service legal company is seeking a seasoned Sr. Workers Comp Attorney to join their esteemed legal team at their Glendale, CA location. This role involves managing workers compensation cases from inception to resolution, with the support and oversight of the Managing Partner. This position offers flexibility with 100% remote or hybrid work arrangements with a supportive team of attorneys and support staff, while running your own cases independently! This is a prime opportunity for a reliable and responsible individual seeking autonomy and growth within a collegial and supportive environment.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 / year DOE
Sr. Workers Comp Attorney Requirements:
- 10+ years of workers compensation experience, preferably in defense
- Barred in California
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Willing to collaborate as a team player and help as needed
- Natural self-starter and able to hold themselves accountable
- Local to California strongly preferred
Sr. Workers Comp Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle workers compensation cases from inception to resolution; approximately 90-100 cases in addition to taking over the Managing Partner s caseload
- Conduct virtual court appearances, with occasional in-person trials
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a diverse environment
- Ability to bill 220 hours/ month
