Job Description
An ESOP financial services company is in search of a Senior Analyst to work fully remote. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating new client opportunities, taking ownership of key annual valuation update processes, and for maintaining ESOP transaction negotiation, review, and post-transaction compliance processes. The right candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of new client opportunities
- Take ownership of key annual valuation update processes
- Maintain ESOP transaction negotiation, review, and post-transaction compliance processes
- Prepare RFPs (Request for Proposals) and proposals
- Participate in sales calls
- Engage with clients, prepare necessary paperwork, and provide preliminary potential engagement summaries
- Manage client emails and maintain client relationships
- Record and track transaction data in Salesforce for reporting purposes
- Work on 12-18 ESOP plans per year
- Understand the business and priorities of clients across 29 states
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst or similar role
- Experience in writing RFPs and proposals
- Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
