Job Description


Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to handle multi-entity accounting for their organization.  The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the monthly financials, overseeing revenue and collaborating with the Chief Development Officer to model and set up new developments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.  This is a hybrid position that requires you to work onsite 3-4 days per week.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the month-end close, revenue, cash flow, and outstanding AR
  • Evaluate KPIs through intake
  • Work with the Chief Development Officer to model and set up new developments
  • Travel may be required in the long-term
  • Provide support to staff with financial questions

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting w/ degree
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting w/out degree
  • Multi-entity accounting experience
  • BA Degree in strongly preferred
  • Sage Intacct preferred
  • Health care industry preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
