Job Description
Our premier client is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting department, candidates must have experience in commercial real estate. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes, focusing on collections and reporting. You will present this information in meetings and collaborate with team members. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing and motivated individual eager to grow and take on new challenges!
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / year DOE
Senior AR Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- AR experience required
- Yardi experience strongly preferred
- BA Degree preferred
- Ability to present material in meetings
- Extroverted personality
- Motivated and proactive
- Ability to work in office Mon-Thurs at their office in Kearny, NJ
Senior AR Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage handling & collections with over 40 invoices a month: done systematically
- Present material on billings, collections, and defaults in various meetings
- Utilize Yardi for AR processes
- Handle reporting tasks as needed
