An innovative live event company in Tempe, AZ is searching for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to ensure that proposed event concepts, products, and services align with the company s capabilities and client expectations. This position is perfect for a personable, sales-minded individual & offers the chance to work with a highly experienced and dedicated team and excellent growth potential!
Sales Representative Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience within the events, production, or custom fabrication industries
- Proven track record of generating $100k+ in revenue per event
- Firm understanding of how event programs get produced
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated, natural-born leader
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Able to work 100% onsite from their office in Tempe, AZ
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, SEO, cold calling, and warm leads
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle for various projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships; understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Travel to events as required, depending on the size and complexity of the project
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
