Job Description

A brand activation company is looking for a Sales Producer to join their team in Houston, TX. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for saturating additional business opportunities from existing clients, strengthening relations, and acquiring new business opportunities and leads within your network. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, has experience working with high-net-worth clients/corporations, and is eager to meet and exceed goals. 

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE 

  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals 
  • Seeks out new business opportunities using a deep knowledge of the market while maintaining a proper balance between warm and cold sales outreach
  • Develop and grow meaningful relationships with clients in your network, house accounts, and new clients
  • Maintain a current understanding of the events management marketplace, competitors, and key points of the industry to sell high-end/premium experiences 
  • Respond to all communication (internal and external) within 24 hours of receipt
  • Build, maintain, and track a pipeline of prospective clients from internal lead generation resources (marketing) 
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-through for your clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Travel to meet with clients in and out of state (2-3 times a month, overnights included - could be depending on your ability and client needs)
  • Meet with the sales team monthly to discuss progress, challenges, successes, and failures (scheduled by Director of Sales/BD)

  • 3-10 years of agency sales experience 
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients/corporations 
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to maintain a current understanding of the events management marketplace, competitors, and key points of the industry to sell high-end/premium experiences
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients in and out of state (more often) 
  • Being near an airport is ideal due to frequent travel
