Job Description
A well-established luxury clothing retailer in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking polished and motivated Luxury Sales Associates to join their growing team! In this role, you will serve as the cornerstone of the store s customer experience, guiding clients in building high-end wardrobes through personalized service and southern hospitality. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-end clothing sales, excel in relationship building, and bring a keen sense of style="">Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 base + 8% commission/year DOE
Luxury Sales Associate/Stylist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience selling high-end clothing or luxury items
- Highly polished appearance and professional communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to customer relationships
- Ability to manage a book of business, handle customer appointments, and anticipate client needs
- Familiarity with merchandising and maintaining the store s upscale appearance
- Experience working with high-level clientele and planning appointments in advance
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a desire to foster a welcoming store atmosphere
Luxury Sales Associate/Stylist Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized wardrobe consultation and follow-up
- Re-merchandise displays, manage inventory, and ensure the store remains visually appealing
- Collaborate with in-house tailors to fulfill customer alteration needs
- Schedule client appointments, thoughtfully prepare selections, and create a memorable experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to provide the highest level of customer service
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance client engagement and promote store offerings
- Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in customer care
