Sales Assistant/Scheduler

Boutique Recruiting is a privately held boutique staffing firm. We provide recruiting services in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. As the ideal candidate, you will be an exceptional communicator, with a positive and persistent attitude. In this position, you will perform a high volume of outreach via phone and email. You will excel by managing your time efficiently in a polished and professional manner—whether on email, in person, or over the phone. A successful candidate has a tech-savvy nature and impeccable recollection skills.

Position: Sales Assistant/Scheduler

Pay Range: $18 - $21/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive email and phone outreach to engage with warm leads, aiming to schedule introductory calls for the Account Management team
• Maintain and organize schedules for the Account Management team, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and commitments
• Utilize professional communication etiquette and active listening skills to guide clients efficiently in scheduling appointments
• Keep the opportunities list organized and up-to-date to enhance the overall workflow
• Perform various supporting tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest or prior experience in the Sales/Staffing Industry is essential
• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• Possess persuasive communication skills with a genuine love for connecting with others
• Exhibit adaptability and thrive in dynamic situations, performing at your best when thinking on your feet
• Adopt a results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success
• Quick learner with a positive attitude, approaching challenges with curiosity
