As we continue to grow, we are seeking a temporary Sales Assistant to support our high-performing sales department in a temp position. This is a critical, high-visibility role where you ll be the key to seamless client interactions, efficient scheduling, and optimized workflows that directly support the success of our Account Management team. As the backbone of our client-facing operations, you will play an essential part in enhancing our team s efficiency and contributing to a positive client experience.

Salary Range: $20 - $22 / hour DOE
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted email and phone outreach to engage warm leads and schedule introductory calls for the Account Management team
- Maintain and organize Account Management schedules to ensure seamless coordination of client appointments and team commitments
- Use professional communication skills and active listening to efficiently guide clients through the scheduling process
- Keep an organized, up-to-date opportunities list to streamline workflow for the Account Management team
- Track communication and follow-up activities on all platforms, ensuring continuity in client engagement and readiness for next steps
- Support the team with various administrative tasks such as office organization, handling errands, and providing general assistance to maintain a smooth workflow
Sales Assistant Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working with sales professionals or in a related industry; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest or prior experience in the recruiting industry or sales support is preferred
- Bachelor s degree is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure
- Tech-savvy, with experience using general CRM systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce is preferred
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and an inquisitive approach to challenges
- Committed to personal and professional growth
- Must be able to work onsite in downtown San Diego, CA
