Remote Must be based in Bay Area or Pleasanton, CA

A leading IT services company is searching for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support their friendly and dedicated CEO! This fully remote role is an amazing opportunity for candidates with experience as an admin or executive assistant to play a key part in managing the CEO's busy schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication. The company is looking for a polished professional with exceptional follow-through skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks and support sales experience from a remote position with ease. You will need to be self-motivated, with good discipline, common sense and tactful communication to be successful in this role! Ideally, candidates should live in the Bay Area or near Pleasanton, CA to potentially come into the office or meet at a coffee shop once a week for meetings. Salary Range: $54,000 - $65,000 / year DOE

Inside Sales Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a sales assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite
  • Comfortable making calls to high-level professionals and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Bachelor s degree and inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to proactively manage tasks and information
  • Intelligence, good attitude, and polished professionalism
  • Ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Positive and friendly demeanor, contributing to a supportive company culture

Inside Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and sending reminders
  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure action items are completed
  • Set up calls and send calendar invites for the CEO
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email management and document preparation
  • Coordinate domestic travel for business meetings (approximately once a month)
  • Make calls to clients to set up meetings and follow through on action items
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach
