Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Series 65 required; Series 7 highly preferred
- Polished; experience in a client-facing role is a plus
- RIA experience highly favorable
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with e-money and Schwab is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite 100% at their office in in Rockville, MD
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Handle client onboarding and paperwork
- Work extensively a financial data aggregator to consolidate financial information from various accounts
- Schedule account reviews and manage client communications
- Ensure all emails and communications are professional and compliant
- Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth and highly educated clients
