To keep up with our rapid expansion, we are searching for a Remote Accounting & Tax Recruiter to work with our industry-leading team! This specialized position will recruit on a national basis for Tax and Accounting roles all over the U.S. and unlike many organizations, this position has NO sales component – whatsoever. It is purely recruiting and headhunting candidates directly. We are looking for a top-quality, well-networked recruiter with a keen understanding of the accounting and tax industry, along with a proven track record in recruiting highly skilled professionals in these fields. Pay Range: $150,000 - $375,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Actively source, recruit, and headhunt premier talent in Tax (75%) and Accounting (25%) fields across the United States
- Leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfo for optimal recruitment efficiency
- Deeply understand client needs and organizational cultures to ensure a perfect match between candidates and companies
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including interviews, assessments, and other evaluative measures
- Work in tandem with Account Managers to meet the evolving needs of both new and existing accounts effectively
- Foster ongoing communication with candidates, delivering a consistently positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Stay up with market trends in the tax and accounting sector to inform strategic hiring practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Tax/Accounting recruitment or a similar role, with a record of successful placements
- Must have prior agency experience
- Familiarity with various job boards, databases, and professional networking platforms
- Possession of an established database of potential candidates will be highly regarded
- Exceptional negotiation skills, crucial for salary discussions, securing candidates, and building enduring client relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and various digital tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability, with effective prioritization of tasks
- A results-focused approach, emphasizing both quality and efficiency in recruitment processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
