A reputable financial services firm based in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a Registered Client Associate to join its team. The main function of the Registered Client Associate role is to support financial advisors by assisting with client meetings, overseeing administrative tasks, and managing various portfolio-related operations. Registered Client Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to advisors by managing client-related tasks, organizing meetings, and handling portfolios
- Lead team huddles to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of daily objectives
- Assist in managing client meetings, ensuring smooth interactions and following up on client needs
- Handle ACH transfers, client paperwork, and other financial administrative tasks efficiently
- Oversee routine trading activities and general administrative support for ongoing financial operations
- Assist in onboarding clients and providing ongoing operational support for account management
Registered Client Associate Requirements:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or Series 63/65 equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar financial services role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experience in managing financial paperwork, administrative duties, and trading
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Familiarity with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, and Money Guide Pro is preferred
