A successful wealth management firm in Everett, WA is seeking a Registered Client Associate to join their team! This role primarily supports one wealth advisor in managing 100 households by facilitating client fund transfers, processing transactions, providing professional telephone support, and assisting with client communications and account management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in financial services, series 7 and 65 registrations, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch support in a professional and stable finance services environment. Registered Client Associate Salary Range: $52,000 - $75,000 / year DOE

Registered Client Associate Requirements:

  • Series 7 and 65 registration required
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with InvestNet CRM and Thomson One is preferred (training provided)
  • Strong client service skills with the ability to provide professional telephone support
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client transactions and account management
  • Experience in wealth management or a similar financial services environment is preferred

Registered Client Associate Responsibilities:

  • Support wealth advisors by providing professional, courteous customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Facilitate client fund and securities transfers, and issue checks upon request
  • Keep Financial Advisors informed about client accounts and transactions
  • Provide professional telephone support for assigned Financial Advisors
  • Assist in developing and implementing periodic client mailings
  • Enter buy/sell stock and bond trades, sell stop orders, option and margin trades, and mutual funds
  • Process annuity and insurance payments
  • Provide high levels of customer service to clients
