As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory that includes Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Arkansas, focusing on building relationships with key retail and food service clients. Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the food service and retail industries
- Proven track record of closing deals with food service and retail clients
- Experience managing pricing discussions, terms, and negotiations
- Previous experience working with clients like ATB, Albertsons, Safe Way, Fiesta Foods, and United Markets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work independently
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales territory across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Arkansas
- Build relationships with key retail and food service clients, including Costco, Kroger, and others
- Identify sales opportunities and develop a strategic plan to drive business growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Participate in industry events and sales calls to expand the company's presence
