Real Estate Paralegal
Job Description
A leading transportation solutions company in Medford, OR is seeking a diligent and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to assist the legal department in an onsite or fully remote position. They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of real estate paralegal experience, with a focus on drafting leases, amendments, and purchase/sale agreements. You ll be responsible for managing comprehensive support tasks that include scheduling, drafting legal documents, and handling real estate transactions with efficiency and precision. Pay Range: $75, 000 - $90, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents
- Navigate through all stages of the real estate closing process
- Draft, review, and redline SNDAs, Estoppel Certificates, and Lease Memorandums
- Review and draft Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Prepare title objection notices and maintain electronic records
- Manage disclosure schedules and prepare correspondence to tenants
- Exhibit survey and title experience, including the preparation of title objection letters
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of real estate paralegal experience, with a focus on drafting leases, amendments, and purchase/sale agreements
- Proven experience in survey and title analysis and the preparation of title objection letters/notices
- Strong understanding of real estate acquisitions and transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of urgency and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Paralegal degree is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and network folders
