Property Manager/Leasing Agent
Job Description
A California-based real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate is seeking a driven and adaptable Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join their team onsite in Costa Mesa, CA! Your job will include property maintenance, budget management, lease negotiations, and providing top-notch customer service to tenants. With 3-5 years of property management experience, a positive attitude, and adaptability, you'll thrive in this stable, growth-oriented company. Pay Range: $55,000 - $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Interface with asset managers to ensure the efficient operation of properties
- Manage budgets and financial aspects of property management
- Collect rent, negotiate lease renewals, and address tenant concerns
- Oversee property maintenance, including coordinating with trusted contractors
- Rehabilitate vacant properties promptly to maintain high-quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and maintain positive relationships
- Actively participate in leasing transactions for vacant spaces
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of property management experience
- Positive attitude, trainability, and adaptability to changing workloads
- Experience with industrial property management is preferred
- Exposure to and use of AIR lease is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to execute leasing transactions is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
- Experience with budget management is preferred
- Real estate license (must be obtained within 3-6 months)
